Preparing for Your Tattoo Appointment?


Ravens Tattooz is a custom tattoo shop. Please send any reference photos that illustrate what is inspiring you for your tattoo design. Please include location on the body as well as size in inches.

Once we receive this information we’ll be able to work with you on your design.

Appointment Scheduling: We do our best to schedule your appointment on the closest available times and days for your convenience. Please specify if you prefer to schedule your appointment on weekends or weekdays.

Required Deposit: A $50 deposit is required to secure your appointment. Deposits can be paid via Zelle to 571-451-3566 or via Venmo to @ravenstattooz. The deposit amount is deducted from your balance due at the completion of your tattoo.

Cancellation Policy: We require 24 hours advance notice for any appointment cancellations. We will reschedule your appointment if you notify us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.

Same day cancellation or no show: Your deposit is nonrefundable and a new deposit will be required before we reschedule your next appointment. Appointments will only be confirmed once your deposit is received.

Pricing: We charge $160 per hour. We will advise you prior to scheduling your appointment of the estimated time required to complete your tattoo. We charge a minimum $100 fee for tattoos that take less than 30 minutes from preparation to completion (hands, fingers, face or head tattoos excluded).

The timer starts as soon as we start preparing you and your tattoo set up and continues until completion of your tattoo. The timer is paused during breaks. Larger tattoos may take more than one session.

IF YOU ARE SICK OR SUSPECT YOU ARE SICK PLEASE DO NOT GET TATTOOED. If your immune system is compromised your tattoos might have problems healing. We reserve the right to cancel your appointment if we suspect that you might be sick. You will not lose your deposit if you need to reschedule your appointment due to illness.
